General Rules
Registering
Each researcher is asked to complete a registration form specifying contact information and the materials used in the Archives.
Eating and Drinking
At NO time are patrons allowed to have food or beverages in the Archives. Spilled substances can quickly damage our collections.
Handling Materials
Materials must be handled with care.

The Concordia College Archives does not assume any responsibility for infringement of the copyright held by the author or heirs pertaining to Concordia Archives material. It is the responsibility of the researcher to obtain permission from the copyright holder, if the Concordia Archives does not own the copyright. For more information, see our Copyright Policy.
Circulating Materials
Archival materials must be used in the Concordia College Archives. For more information, see our Circulation Policy.

- Photocopying: $.10 per page
- Scanning: $.10 per scan
- CD/DVD reproduction: $5.00 per disc
- Usage fee: $20 per image (only for the commercial use of archival collections)
- CD/DVD reproduction: $5.00 per disc
- Postage: $3.00
- Research fees: $5 flat fee for the first hour and $25 per hour thereafter*

Handling Materials

Patrons SHOULD:
- Use one folder at a time and carefully replace the folder in the box being used to maintain the original order of materials
- Use care to maintain the original order of documents within a folder
- Use pencil if taking notes
Patrons SHOULD NOT:
- Mark on material
- Write notes on top of material
- Fold, bend, or tear documents
- Apply paper clips, fasteners, tape, “Post it” notes or rubber bands
