Duplication Policy
The Concordia College Archives provides copies of archival material for personal research. All duplication is subject to approval by the archives staff. Materials will not be copied if the staff determines that it may harm the original, is prohibited in the donor agreement, or if it does not comply with copyright laws.
The following fees are charged for reproducing materials:
Photocopying: $.10 per page
A $25.00 per hour research fee is also assessed when duplication requests requires more than one hour of staff time.
All fees must be paid with cash or check upon the completion and before the duplicated materials are provided. For distance requests, all fees must be received before materials are shipped. A shipping charge of $3.00 will be added for all materials mailed.
The Duplication Policy is meant for those using the Archives for personal research and scholarship with no objective of the materials aiding in monetary gain. If duplicated materials are intended for commercial use, please see the Rights & Permissions Policy.
