Prices and Fees

Photocopying: $.10 per page
Scanning: $.10 per scan
CD/DVD reproduction: $5.00 per disc
Usage fee: $20 per image (only for the commercial use of archival collections)
CD/DVD reproduction: $5.00 per disc
Postage: $3.00
Research fees: $5 flat fee for the first hour and $25 per hour thereafter*

* Please note that this fee is only assessed when archival staff is conducting research for users that assumes more than one hour of staff time.

General Rules
Registering
Each researcher is asked to complete a registration form specifying contact information and the materials used in the Archives.

Eating and Drinking
At NO time are patrons allowed to have food or beverages in the Archives. Spilled substances can quickly damage our collections.

Handling Materials
Materials must be handled with care.

Patrons SHOULD:

Use one folder at a time and carefully replace the folder in the box being used to maintain the original order of materials
Use care to maintain the original order of documents within a folder
Use pencil if taking notes

Patrons SHOULD NOT:

Mark on material
Write notes on top of material
Fold, bend, or tear documents
Apply paper clips, fasteners, tape, “Post it” notes or rubber bands
