The Concordia College Archives currently possess a series of letters written by Civil War veteran Isaac Mark Abbott. These historical letters chronicle his experiences during the Civil War and were written to his family and friends. The letters were donated to the archives by an alumnus who is related to Isaac Mark Abbott. While we can't show you the real letters just yet, the Archives is excited to announce that it will be revealing them officially on Veteran's Day in November 2014! Abbott's personal stories will be available to read to the public through a blog that is currently being created by workers in the Archives. Stay tuned for more posts and Comments are closed.
